Processing Time

All orders ship from our warehouse in Fairfield, California within 7 business days. We strive for and often achieve an even faster turnaround time—usually we are even able to ship your order the same day it is placed! 

Estimated Shipping Time

Once your order has left our warehouse, it should arrive within 2-5 days to U.S. addresses, depending on what shipping method you choose at checkout.

International order transit times can range anywhere from 1-6 weeks.

Preorders

Some products are available for preorder weeks to months before they are available to ship. Preorder status and estimated timeline will be emphasized on products. Please understand timelines are subject to change with preorders!

Shipping Address

Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address.

If you need to change your shipping address, please email us with your order number and the correct shipping address at hello@thepapermix.com. You must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to change your address. If you order has already shipped before you contact us, we are unable to change your shipping address.

If an item is not delivered to the buyer because of an inaccurate shipping address, a full refund or replacement order is not guaranteed.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

  • Delivered via regular mail (just like a greeting card from a friend!).
  • Tracking is not included for stamped letters to keep shipping affordable.
  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days.

🚚 Upgraded Shipping (Tracked Delivery)

  • For thicker cards or if you prefer tracking, we offer First-Class Package service.
  • Includes tracking number and faster, more secure delivery.
  • Shipping upgrades available at checkout.

  • Choosing upgraded shipping is recommended for time-sensitive gifts or thicker cards (like pop-ups and magnet cards).
