Can I edit or cancel my order?
Need to make changes or cancel? Email us at hello@thepapermix.com within 24 hours of purchase, and we’ll do our best to assist as long as your order hasn’t shipped. After 24 hours, we can’t guarantee changes. If an order isn’t delivered due to an incorrect address, we can’t promise a full refund or replacement.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes! Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. A $7 flat return shipping fee applies. Visit our Policies page for more details.

Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely! We ship worldwide. Transit times vary between 1–6 weeks, depending on your location. Please note, buyers are responsible for customs and import taxes. Unfortunately, we can’t control delays caused by customs.

How long does it take for an order to ship?
We aim to process orders within 1–3 days, but during busy times it may take up to 7 days. Once shipped, U.S. orders typically arrive in 2–5 days, depending on your chosen shipping method.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Enjoy free shipping within the U.S. on orders over $35. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

My tracking says delivered, but I don’t see my package. What should I do?
Sometimes USPS marks packages as delivered a few days early. If it hasn’t arrived after 3 days, check with neighbors or roommates who might have accepted it for you. Still missing? Email us at hello@thepapermix.com, and we’ll help resolve the issue with a replacement.

What if I received the wrong item or my order was damaged?
Oops! If we sent the wrong item or your order was damaged, email us at hello@thepapermix.com with a photo of the issue. We’ll happily send a replacement. Unfortunately, we can’t replace items damaged after delivery.
